Movement Assessment & Strategy Session

This initial session is designed to give us a clear understanding of how your body moves, compensates, and produces force. Together, we’ll assess mobility, stability, coordination, posture, and movement mechanics to identify the areas that may be limiting performance, contributing to discomfort, or affecting how efficiently your body functions.


This is not just an assessment. We’ll begin working on the areas identified during the session through targeted movement, loading strategies, and coaching tailored to your body and goals. Whether you’re dealing with pain, stiffness, recurring injuries, or simply want to move and perform at a higher level, this session helps establish a clear direction forward.

Movement Coaching Sessions

These sessions are focused on building a stronger, more adaptable, and resilient body through individualized movement coaching. Based on your assessment and goals, sessions may include mobility training, strength work, coordination drills, controlled loading, and movement exploration designed to improve how your body functions both in training and everyday life.

Progressive Coaching Packages

While some people benefit from only a few sessions, meaningful changes in movement quality, mobility, strength, and performance often come through consistent practice and progressive coaching over time. Coaching packages are designed for clients who want ongoing support, accountability, and a more structured approach to long-term improvement.


Packages allow us to build progressively, adapt the work as your body changes, and focus on deeper goals related to performance, movement capacity, pain reduction, and resilience.
